Ashley Gamble is one of the most exciting names in British hairdressing, with a host of award wins under his belt for both his own work and his team’s achievements, a thriving salon business and an exciting and aspirational approach to creative work.

In the last year alone, Ashley has added to his trophy cabinet with wins including Behind the Chair’s One Shot Colour Collection of the Year, Good Salon Guide’s Colour Expert and Ultimate Salon of the Year at the Salon Business Awards. That’s alongside their fifth finalist place in five years for British Colour Technician of the Year at the HJ’s British Hairdressing Awards – and ten finalist spots in total for the same awards.

These recent wins join an impressive existing list of awards, including L’Oreal Professionnel Young Colourist of the Year, British Hairdressing Awards Newcomer of the Year, British Hairdressing Business Awards Assistant of the Year and Hair magazine’s Colour Salon of the Year and Ultimate Stylist. 

As well as wins, Ashley and his team have also made the finals for numerous accolades, including two finalist places at Creative Head’s Most Wanted for the prestigious Hair Trend image award.  

Ashley and his team’s successes aren’t just restricted to awards. They’ve also made a name for themselves with beautiful photographic shoots, which are published in the leading trade magazines both at home and internationally.
