Stephanie brings the colour expertise to the business, having been awarded the highest mark ever achieved (98%!) on the L’Oreal Colour Specialist degree and being a three-time finalist for Schwarzkopf Professional British Colour Technician of the Year. Salon manager Olivia is also a colour expert, as North Western winner of the L’Oreal Colour Trophy Young Colourist in 2015 and the holder of a prestigious Schwarzkopf Colour Degree. She’s also the current British Hairdressing Awards Newcomer of the Year, making this colouring team one of the strongest and most talked-about in the country.

All staff employed at the salon focus on either cut and style or colour, allowing them to become true masters of their craft and ensuring that clients have the best possible experience in the hands of someone who is truly an expert in their field. Allowing clients to really get what they need in salon, Ashley and Stephanie have also introduced nail and beauty services, including medical aesthetics performed by a licensed doctor in a regular cosmetic clinic

Together, this creative powerhouse produce commercial cuts, colours and styles for their clients in luxurious surroundings, beautiful bridal looks for big days taking place in the area and creative editorial work that allows them to push the boundaries in breathtaking shoots. Ashley also educates, sharing his knowledge of cutting and styling, as well as art direction and photoshoot experience for those taking their first steps into editorial experience.

The team have been finalists at the British Hairdressing Awards for three consecutive years, in categories recognising both their colour skills (Schwarzkopf Professional British Colour Technician of the Year) and creative and technical hairdressing (Midlands Hairdresser of the Year).
